Choosing your Angel

In Person.  If at a show, you’ll see the pieces hung by size and price.  If at the studio, I will bring out boxes for you to look through, narrowing down those you set aside until you find the right one.

Via e-mail or text. If you ask me to choose a piece for you, I will select several that “talk to me” and forward photos. The process is still personal for you, and it usually takes just a few emails or texts to narrow down your choice.

Special Order. If you would like words, names, or dates hand-engraved into the clay, please let me know and I can custom make one for you in the colors you select. Special Orders do take time, however; allow 6 – 8 weeks from order placement to delivery.

Most of my interactions with customers take time – please be prepared to spend 20 minutes or more with me – especially if you visit me at the studio. Choosing via email or text might take a bit more time, but I try to make it as easy as possible while ensuring you’re seeing lots of options from which to choose.

I will likely ask lots of questions in order to learn about you and for whom you are shopping.  I will ask about colors and size. I usually ask if there is anything special I should know – for example, is this a gift? For a special occasion? A remembrance? What is the “why” behind your purchase?  Know that I’m asking in order to understand the intention behind the gift, and if there is anything in particular I need to hold in my heart for you or the recipient.
